First Touch Program

Our flagship introductory program brings fencing directly into schools and community centers in underserved neighborhoods. Over six weeks, girls ages 8-16 get hands-on experience with the sport in a supportive, fun environment.

  • All equipment provided Masks, jackets, gloves, and weapons — all supplied at no cost
  • Certified coaches USA Fencing certified instructors lead every session
  • No experience required Designed for complete beginners with zero fencing background
  • School partnerships Programs run during after-school hours at partner locations

Year-Round Training Academy

Girls who complete First Touch and want to continue are invited into our year-round training program. This is where serious athletes are made — with a dual focus on fencing excellence and academic achievement.

  • 3x weekly training Structured sessions covering technique, footwork, tactics, and bouting
  • Academic mentoring Weekly homework help and tutoring with volunteer mentors
  • Fitness & conditioning Age-appropriate strength and agility training
  • Life skills workshops Goal setting, time management, nutrition, and leadership

Competition Pathway

For athletes ready to compete, we provide everything needed to enter the competitive fencing world — from local bouts to national championships.

SAT/ACT prep, college essay workshops, and application guidance for athletes in grades 9-12.

Recruiting Support

We connect our top athletes with college fencing coaches and help them navigate the recruiting process.

CW Scholarship Fund

Direct financial scholarships for program alumni pursuing higher education — $5,000 per recipient annually.
